THE SMALL PRINT

Access: The rooms are on the ground floor but wheel-chair access from the bedroom to the kitchen and bathroom is restricted by a narrow door, 22 inches (57 cms) wide with a 9 inches (23 cms) step down.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by 11 a.m. one week before your due arrival date will incur no charge and your deposit will be returned. For cancellations after this time your deposit will only be refunded if a replacement booking is secured for the room.

Car Parking: We have ample parking in the garage and next to the house.

Check In and Check Out Times: Check in time by arrangement, but normally late afternoon. Check out by around 10.30 a.m please.

Children: We have no facilities for children but welcome babies and small children on the understanding that parents should bring their own travelling cots or something similar.

Dogs: We welcome well-behaved dogs that keep off the furniture, but you should be aware that there are often sheep in the fields near the house so you must keep a close eye on your dog and make sure that it’s under control all the time.

Payment Policy:  Payment is by cash, bank transfer or cheque with guarantee card only. We have no facilities for processing credit or debit cards.  We also accept Euros and US Dollars in cash at the current rate of exchange.  A £50 deposit is needed to secure a booking; we will confirm receipt of your deposit by email.

Smoking: Please don’t smoke inside, but there’s lots space for smoking outside!
